A free consultation will take place at our premises for all day care services. Care is provided for 8 hours for a full day and 4 hours for half day (Gold service only), with the option for additional hours. All services are subject to availability and dog matching, ie: we will not match a Bronze day care dog that is high energy with a Gold day care dog who requires respite care. We are a fully licensed and insured premises that will take a maximum of 6 dogs at any one time to ensure the best care and attention is provided.
Bronze
8 hours of care. As standard our day care packages also includes:

🐾 posture wrap for half the day
🐾 magnetic collar for the full day

Due to the unique nature of the service provided we may also require a Veterinary Consent Form to be completed prior to the initial consultation.
Important Information
We are open for day care services Monday to Friday.
We would prefer that your dog is dropped at our location to avoid causing any unnecessary stress. However, we can provide a transport service within a 2 mile radius of our location (including Dunstable, Houghton Regis and parts of Luton) for an additional £3, includes pick-up and drop-off. Our vehicle is equipped to comfortably and safely transport a specific number and size of dog. Therefore, this service is subject to availability. If mobility is an issue for your dog, we do have a ramp that can be used.
Our packages include a minimum of 2 x 30 minutes controlled outdoor exercise opportunities. When we have less than 4 dogs we will complete a 60 minute walk away from the premises, excluding our Gold service. We do have our own leads, but we would prefer to use your leads/harness/collars etc. – please no retractable leads – as your dog will be used to them and it will make them feel more at ease. If you are happy for us to use your equipment, please make this available at the point of collection/drop-off. Your dog MUST be wearing a collar with a secure ID tag at all times, whilst in our care. If we leave the premises, we will also add our ID tags for added security. Your dog will not be let off lead until we have fully assessed their recall and we are confident they will return upon first call.
If, during extreme weather conditions, it is deemed unsafe to walk dogs, we will spend more time in our temperature controlled doggy den with added mental enrichment opportunities. We are an all seasons service and have the provisions in place to ensure your dog is kept safe and entertained.
