Important Information
We are open for walking services Monday to Friday.
We can accommodate services within a 5 mile radius of our location (including Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Luton and surrounding villages) included in the price. We can travel further afield, but fuel surcharges unfortunately will apply. Our vehicle is equipped to comfortably and safely transport a maximum of up to 2 large dogs (must be from the same household), 1 medium dog (or 2 small dogs from the same household) and 2 small dogs.
We do have our own leads, but we would prefer to use your leads/harness/collars etc. – please no retractable leads – as your dog will be used to them and it will make them feel more at ease. If you are happy for us to use your equipment, please make this available at the point of collection/drop-off. Your dog MUST be wearing a collar with a secure ID tag at all times, whilst in our care. We will also add our ID tags for added security. Your dog will not be let off lead until we have fully assessed their recall and we are confident they will return upon first call.
If, during extreme weather conditions, it is deemed unsafe to walk dogs, we can look to support a change to the scheduled service. This could involve the collection of dogs in our air-conditioned vehicle and have indoor play in our temperature controlled doggy den. Or we might be able to accommodate an early morning/late evening walk, depending on availability and the changing conditions. We are an all seasons service and have the provisions in place to ensure your dog is kept safe and entertained.
GOLD SERVICE (OPTION 2):
Please ensure that it is made clear at the time of booking that you would like to book this option. We will then ensure the doggy buggy is loaded in our vehicle to complete the free consultation and walk, which you are welcome to join us on as it can be a stressful transition.
